Founded in 2020, New Breed Creation Life Center (New Breed) is a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are dedicated to addressing the critical behavioral health, substance use, and housing needs of underserved and high-risk communities across Northeast Florida.

 

Our mission is rooted in health equity, recovery, and empowerment. We believe every person deserves access to comprehensive care that supports healing and personal transformation—regardless of their background or circumstances.

 

Since our founding, New Breed has grown into a trusted, community-centered provider of integrated behavioral health services. Our approach combines evidence-based treatment with spiritual guidance, case management, and strong community partnerships to promote long-term wellness and stability.
