Founded in 2020, New Breed Creation Life Center is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of individuals and families throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. New Breed was established with a vision to address the growing behavioral health, substance use, housing, and supportive service needs of underserved and vulnerable populations through compassionate, person-centered care.

Our mission is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive regardless of their background, life circumstances, or barriers they may face. We are dedicated to advancing health equity, promoting recovery, and empowering individuals and families through accessible, high-quality behavioral health and supportive services that foster long-term stability and wellness.

Since our founding, New Breed has continued to grow into a trusted, community-centered organization known for providing integrated and holistic care that addresses the needs of the whole person. Our approach combines evidence-based behavioral health treatment, substance use services, case management, housing support, community outreach, and faith-centered encouragement to help individuals build healthier and more stable futures.

Through strong partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, churches, government agencies, and community organizations, New Breed works collaboratively to break barriers to care and create pathways toward healing, resilience, recovery, and self-sufficiency.
