Dr. Erakal Goodman

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Erakal Goodman, CBHCMS, MBA, PhD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of New Breed Creation Life Center, where she leads with a dynamic blend of visionary leadership, clinical expertise, operational excellence, and compassionate service. With more than 25 years of experience spanning behavioral health, substance use treatment, integrated primary care, nonprofit administration, and community development, Dr. Goodman has dedicated her life’s work to creating transformative systems of care that empower individuals, strengthen families, and restore communities.

Dr. Goodman began her journey with New Breed Creation Life Center as Chief Operations Officer, working closely alongside the organization’s founder and former CEO, Dr. Enola Johnson, to advance the organization’s mission and expand its impact throughout the Jacksonville community. Following Dr. Johnson’s retirement in August 2025, Dr. Goodman assumed the role of CEO, bringing with her decades of hands-on leadership experience across clinical services, program operations, compliance oversight, strategic planning, workforce development, and community engagement.

Throughout her career, Dr. Goodman has been recognized for her ability to bridge compassionate care with innovative leadership. Her experience ranges from direct counseling and crisis intervention to the development and oversight of large-scale behavioral health initiatives designed to address mental health, substance use disorders, homelessness, family instability, and health disparities among underserved populations. Under her leadership, New Breed continues to strengthen access to integrated and holistic behavioral healthcare while fostering strategic partnerships with schools, churches, healthcare providers, government agencies, and grassroots organizations.

As CEO, Dr. Goodman is committed to expanding New Breed’s reach and impact by advancing evidence-based care, strengthening community collaboration, and developing sustainable programs that address the evolving needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, resilience, accountability, and service, ensuring that every decision remains centered on the dignity and well-being of those served.

Beyond her executive leadership, Dr. Goodman is deeply passionate about inspiring hope, empowering others to overcome adversity, and helping communities break generational cycles of trauma and instability. She believes that true leadership is measured not solely by organizational success, but by lives transformed, families restored, and communities strengthened.

Dyman Howard

Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Dyman Howard serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Breed Creation Life Center, where she provides operational leadership and strategic oversight in support of the organization’s mission to expand access to quality behavioral healthcare and community-based services. Known for her compassionate leadership style, strong work ethic, and commitment to service, Dyman plays an instrumental role in advancing programs that empower individuals, strengthen families, and improve community wellness.

With a passion for serving underserved and vulnerable populations, Dyman is dedicated to breaking down barriers that often prevent individuals from accessing essential healthcare and supportive services. Her leadership focuses on ensuring that care is delivered with dignity, compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, while helping New Breed maintain operational excellence and community trust.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dyman oversees daily operations, program implementation, staff coordination, and community engagement initiatives that support the organization’s continued growth and impact throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities. She is recognized for her ability to foster meaningful relationships, encourage collaborative teamwork, and create supportive environments where both staff and clients can thrive.

In addition to her executive leadership role, Dyman has contributed extensively to youth and family-focused initiatives, outreach efforts, and behavioral health programming designed to address the unique challenges facing today’s communities. Her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, paired with her dedication to service, has made her a respected advocate for community wellness and holistic care.

Dyman remains committed to helping New Breed Creation Life Center continue its mission of providing hope, healing, and opportunity to individuals and families in need. Chief Finance Officer

 

Terri Foreman is the Chief Finance Officer at New Breed Creation Life Center, bringing 20 years of extensive experience in accounting and finance. With a solid background in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, she expertly oversees

 

New Breed's financial operations and strategic financial planning. Terri is dedicated ensuring the financial health of the organization, enabling New Breed to focus on its mission of promoting wellness in the community. Her and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Human Resources Director

Paula Jamison serves as the Human Resources Director for New Breed Creation Life Center, where she provides strategic leadership in workforce development, employee relations, organizational culture, and human resources operations. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and nonprofit administration, Paula is recognized for her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to supporting both staff and organizational excellence.

Throughout her career, Paula has cultivated a reputation for creating positive, collaborative, and mission-centered workplace environments that empower employees to thrive personally and professionally. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, staff development, policy implementation, compliance, conflict resolution, and performance management, all while ensuring that organizational practices align with the agency’s values and commitment to quality care.

As Human Resources Director, Paula plays a vital role in strengthening New Breed’s internal operations by fostering a culture built on accountability, compassion, teamwork, and respect. She understands that a strong organization begins with strong people, and she is deeply committed to supporting the staff who work daily to transform lives within the community.

Paula’s leadership style is grounded in empathy, fairness, and service. She is passionate about helping employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed in their roles while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
