This hands-on experience shapes her leadership style today, ensuring that decisions at the executive level are always grounded in compassion and an authentic commitment to those served.

As CEO, Dr. Goodman’s mission is to strengthen New Breed’s impact by expanding access to integrated mental health and substance use treatment, empowering families, and fostering partnerships that uplift the Jacksonville community and beyond. She is known for her ability to build strong collaborations with local schools, churches, government agencies, and grassroots organizations, ensuring that New Breed remains a trusted partner in holistic community transformation.

At the heart of her leadership is a love for people. Dr. Goodman believes that true success as a leader is measured not only by organizational growth, but by the lives touched, the families restored, and the communities made stronger. Her vision for New Breed Creation Life Center reflects this calling: to empower individuals to rise above challenges, to inspire resilience, and to build new legacies of hope and wholeness for generations to come.
