Our Housing Navigation and Support Services help individuals experiencing homelessness access safe, stable housing and the services they need to rebuild their lives.
We work with compassion, urgency, and respect to support people in overcoming the complex barriers that contribute to housing instability.
What Is Housing Navigation?
Housing navigation is a person-centered service that helps people who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness find and maintain safe, affordable housing. Our team of housing navigators and case managers work one-on-one with clients to guide them through every step of the housing process — from assessment and application to move-in and long-term stability
Who We Serve
Our housing support services are for individuals who are:

Experiencing homelessness or living unsheltered

Living in emergency shelters or transitional housing

Couch surfing or in unstable, unsafe living conditions

Exiting incarceration, hospitalization, or foster care

At risk of eviction or displacement

Living with mental health, substance use, or chronic health conditions
Our Housing Support Services Include:
Housing Search & Navigation

Personalized housing assessments

Help locating available units that meet your needs

Assistance completing housing applications and paperwork

Coordination with landlords and property managers

Guidance through eligibility for housing programs (Rapid Rehousing, PSH, Section 8, etc.)
Supportive Case Management

One-on-one support with a housing case manager

Help obtaining vital documents (ID, Social Security card, income verification)

Connection to mental health, medical, and substance use treatment

Referrals to job training, benefits, and community resources

Crisis intervention and problem-solving support
Housing Retention & Stability Support

Ongoing check-ins and case management after move-in

Budgeting and life skills education
