Through our Housing Navigation and Support Services, we assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in accessing safe, supportive, and sustainable housing opportunities while connecting them to the resources needed to rebuild and strengthen their lives.

We understand that the journey toward stable housing is often impacted by complex challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use disorders, unemployment, trauma, financial hardship, and limited access to supportive services. ​What Is Housing Navigation?
Housing Navigation is a person-centered service designed to assist individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless in finding and maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing. At New Breed Creation Life Center, our dedicated team of Housing Navigators and Case Managers work closely with each individual to provide guidance, advocacy, and supportive services throughout every stage of the housing journey.

We understand that navigating housing systems can often feel overwhelming, especially for individuals facing additional barriers such as mental health challenges, substance use disorders, unemployment, financial hardship, or limited support systems. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, individualized support that helps clients move toward long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.
From initial assessment and housing planning to application assistance, move-in support, and ongoing stabilization services, we walk alongside our clients every step of the way. Our goal is not only to help individuals secure housing, but also to help them build a stronger foundation for lasting wellness, independence, and hope for the future.

At New Breed Creation Life Center, our Housing Navigation and Support Services are designed to assist individuals and families facing housing instability, homelessness, or barriers to maintaining safe and stable housing. We are committed to serving vulnerable populations with compassion, dignity, and individualized support.

Our services are available to individuals who are:

Temporarily staying with others (“couch surfing”) due to lack of permanent housing

Housing Search & Navigation
Our team works closely with clients to identify safe, affordable, and appropriate housing opportunities based on their individual needs and circumstances. Services may include:
